Oxford Science Park

The Oxford Science Park (wholly owned by Magdalen College Oxford) focusses on the science and technology markets for which Oxford is renowed. 

The site currently totals around 530,000 sq ft of office and laboratory accommodation with around 60 companies in a wide range of sectors that include BioSience, computer and environmental services.

The first building on Oxford Science Park was the Magdalen Centre, opened in 1991 closely followed by Sharp Research Laboratories in 1992.

VSL and Partners is currently marketing space within Northbrook House, a Grade A office building totalling 24,600 sq ft over three floors.  Current tenants include Circassia, Sopra Group and JA Kemp.
