The Oxford City Centre market is still bucking the trend of the general office market with space at a premium. Rents are being driven forward by a lack of stock and occupiers demands to be close to quality amenities and the main transport terminals.

VSL have let 2,300 sq ft of prime central office space to Adlens, an adaptive lens technology company at £23.50 per sq ft. The office space within King Charles House in central Oxford is arguably the best office building in the city centre and has recently been fully refurbished.
